Effective date: May 2, 2026

Important: RoofCommand CRM is operational business software for roofing companies. It is not a substitute for professional roofing judgment, field verification, certified measurements, legal advice, accounting advice, tax advice, insurance advice, engineering, code review, or supplier confirmation.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using RoofCommand CRM, creating an account, starting a trial, using the demo, inviting users, submitting support tickets, sending proposals or purchase orders, using map or roof size tools, or paying for a plan, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

If you are using RoofCommand CRM on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. The service

RoofCommand CRM is a web-based CRM platform for roofing companies. Features may include leads, pipeline, inspections, maps, GPS-assisted address capture, aerial or satellite property views, roof size estimates, map-assisted takeoff tools, quick estimates, proposals, documents, photos, purchase orders, supplier or distributor communication support, job costing, profitability visibility, commissions, dashboards, team management, profile/account data, support tickets, demo data, and related administrative tools.

RoofCommand CRM may also maintain internal administrative and prospecting tools for its own business operations. Those internal tools are separate from the customer-facing CRM unless expressly made available to customers.

We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features over time as the product evolves.

3. Accounts, roles, and users

4. Plans, trials, billing, and cancellation

RoofCommand CRM may offer free trials and paid subscription plans. Public plan names, user limits, prices, included features, and billing terms are shown on the website, in the application, or on the checkout page.

5. Customer data responsibility

You own and are responsible for the business data you enter into RoofCommand CRM, including lead data, homeowner contact information, property addresses, notes, inspections, photos, documents, proposals, purchase orders, job costs, commissions, and team records.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to collect, enter, upload, process, communicate, and use that data in the service. You must not enter information that violates law, privacy rights, contractual duties, intellectual property rights, or third-party rights.

6. Homeowner, customer, and business communications

RoofCommand CRM may allow or help you send proposals, purchase orders, support messages, transactional emails, or other business communications. You are responsible for the recipients, message content, attachments, pricing, legal wording, scope of work, customer authorization, and compliance with applicable communication laws and business rules.

You must not use RoofCommand CRM to send spam, deceptive messages, unauthorized communications, or communications that violate privacy, consumer protection, telemarketing, email, SMS, or similar rules.

7. Roof size estimates, maps, aerial views, and takeoff tools

RoofCommand CRM may provide roof size estimate workflows, manual square inputs, quick calculators, pitch and waste inputs, external report references, maps, aerial or satellite views, GPS, geocoding, and map-assisted takeoff tools.

These tools are estimates and operational aids only. They do not replace certified roof measurement reports, professional field measurements, supplier verification, engineering review, local building code review, insurance documentation requirements, or final production verification.

Maps, satellite imagery, aerial views, GPS, geocoding, and user-traced polygons may be inaccurate, outdated, obstructed, angled, incomplete, or unsuitable for precise measurement. You are responsible for verifying roof size, pitch, waste, materials, code requirements, and production quantities before quoting, ordering, building, or submitting insurance-related documentation.

8. Proposals, estimates, contracts, and customer-facing documents

RoofCommand CRM may help generate quick estimates, proposal previews, customer-facing proposal emails, printable proposal documents, scope of work text, warranty notes, payment terms, and price displays.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all proposal content before sending or printing it. This includes customer name, property address, roof size, price, tax, deductible or insurance language, scope of work, warranty language, payment terms, financing references, legal disclosures, local code requirements, permits, materials, exclusions, and final contract terms.

RoofCommand CRM does not create legal contracts, does not guarantee customer acceptance, and does not guarantee that any proposal complies with insurance, construction, consumer, tax, or local law requirements.

9. Purchase orders, materials, suppliers, and distributors

RoofCommand CRM may help create, track, email, and manage purchase orders, material lists, distributor records, supplier communications, PO status, partial receipts, received materials, returned supplier credits, and material cost synchronization.

Purchase orders generated through the service are operational documents only. They do not guarantee supplier acceptance, material availability, final pricing, delivery timing, manufacturer suitability, code compliance, correct quantities, or compatibility with the actual job.

You are responsible for reviewing all materials, quantities, measurements, colors, product specifications, local code requirements, supplier pricing, delivery details, and distributor confirmations before ordering or installing materials.

10. Job costing, profitability, commissions, and dashboards

RoofCommand CRM may provide job costing, gross profit, margin, commission tracking, received material cost, labor, subcontractor, permits, disposal, other cost tracking, business health dashboards, and sales representative performance views.

These features are operational business tools, not formal accounting, tax, payroll, commission-plan, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying numbers, reconciling with your accounting system, paying employees or contractors correctly, complying with payroll and tax requirements, and making final business decisions.

RoofCommand CRM does not guarantee profit, margin, job performance, sales results, collection, cash flow, or business outcomes.

11. Uploaded files, documents, and photos

You may upload documents and photos related to roofing CRM operations, such as insurance paperwork, claim documents, inspection photos, contracts, signed agreements, estimates, material lists, permits, HOA documents, supplier documents, and job notes.

12. Maps, GPS, and address information

RoofCommand CRM may use device GPS, browser location permissions, Google Maps Platform, geocoding, and map services to help capture property addresses, display lead locations, show aerial or satellite property views, and support field workflows.

GPS, geocoding, directions, maps, and aerial views may be inaccurate, unavailable, delayed, incomplete, or changed by third-party providers. Users are responsible for verifying addresses, coordinates, directions, property details, and job locations before relying on them for business decisions.

13. Third-party services

RoofCommand CRM may integrate with third-party services such as Supabase, Google Maps Platform, Stripe, email providers, hosting providers, domain providers, scheduling providers, support tools, analytics tools, and security tools. Your use of those third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for outages, changes, errors, API limits, pricing changes, service interruptions, or conduct of third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

14. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

15. Demo environment and public examples

The demo environment may contain sample data, simulated company data, sample leads, sample jobs, sample financials, sample purchase orders, or illustrative workflows. Demo data is provided for evaluation and education only and should not be treated as real customer, financial, legal, insurance, or production data.

16. Support

Customers may submit support tickets through the CRM when the feature is available. Support may include login, billing, bug, GPS, map, training, user/team, proposal, purchase order, document upload, and general product issues.

Support availability, response time, and priority may vary by plan, issue severity, business hours, and operational capacity.

17. No guarantee of business results

RoofCommand CRM is a software tool. We do not guarantee that using the service will produce leads, sales, insurance approvals, signed jobs, revenue, profit, margin improvement, collections, customer satisfaction, or any specific business outcome.

Your results depend on your market, team, sales process, follow-up, service quality, weather events, advertising, pricing, reputation, production quality, supplier performance, customer decisions, and other factors outside our control.

18. Intellectual property

RoofCommand CRM, including its name, branding, design, software, workflows, interface, templates, text, internal tools, sales materials, product structure, and related intellectual property, is owned by RoofCommand CRM or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, distribute, or create competing products from the service except as allowed by law or a written agreement.

Your company data remains your responsibility and is used to provide the service to you.

19. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, fail to pay, abuse the system, create security risk, misuse third-party services, upload prohibited content, or create legal, operational, or reputational risk for RoofCommand CRM.

You may stop using the service or cancel according to the applicable plan and billing terms.

20. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, and accuracy of CRM data, maps, GPS, geocoding, aerial views, roof measurement estimates, proposals, purchase orders, job costing, dashboards, or third-party services.

21. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, RoofCommand CRM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, including lost leads, lost sales, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, inaccurate measurements, incorrect proposals, supplier issues, purchase order errors, job costing errors, customer disputes, or reliance on inaccurate address, GPS, map, aerial, takeoff, or CRM information.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, RoofCommand CRM’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you to RoofCommand CRM for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if no amount was paid.

22. Indemnification

To the maximum extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RoofCommand CRM from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your company data, your customer communications, your proposals or purchase orders, your uploaded files, your violation of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

23. Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless another jurisdiction is required by applicable law or a signed written agreement.

24. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made. Continued use of RoofCommand CRM after changes means you accept the updated terms.
